50 an hour Kinze, a private, family-owned, and operated global manufacturer of agriculture machinery, is seeking to hire a custodian.
Our custodians enjoy the opportunity to have a variety of full facility tasks including the production floor as well as our brand new office complex.
They split the sections up and rotate the area of responsibility to ensure an opportunity to perform a new task routinely.
POSITION DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Clean windows and mirrors.
Clean and supply restrooms.
Remove waste and empty trash.
Taking inventory, replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Clean janitorial equipment.
Performing last-minute requests or extra requests.
Deep clean, as needed.
Identify and report unsafe conditions or areas that need repair or maintenance Reports safety hazards and repair needs to appropriate personnel for the purpose of ensuring safe facilities.
Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations, such as floor scrubber.
Must be able to bend, twist, squat, lift 20 lbs.

Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism.
Must be able to manage time efficiently.
Work individually as well as within a team.
